Security deposit for the flat is required before or at the time of check-in.

The security deposit is in the amount of R1500, which is fully refundable within one business day of check-out, provided that no damage has been done to the property.

The security deposit payment can be made via EFT any time from 7 days before arrival until the time of check-in. You are also welcome to make this payment at the property when you arrive in cash or via EFT.
